Pilot Brewing is starting up Small Cask Saturdays! Kick off this Saturday, June 3rd at 2pm, for the special tapping of Best Sole Forward Amber Ale.
What to expect ➡️
🍺: An amber colored and somewhat hoppy easy drinking ale, with a caramel malty flavor. ABV: 5.8%
🍻 Cask Beer: refers to beer in which brewer's yeast is added for a slight secondary fermentation as it matures (or conditions) in cask, providing a natural carbonation. Traditional cask ale is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and is served directly from the cask.
👩🏻🏫 What to lean more?: Advanced Cicerone®, Rachael Hudson, will be on-site from 2-3:30pm to talk all about cask beer. Grab a pint and join her anytime for a casual chat!
