Close out Charlotte Craft Beer Week with The Spanish Table, a guided five-course beer dinner celebrating the art of pairing food and beer.

Chef Edwin of Edwin’s Organix brings his contemporary New American style and Mexican influence to a menu inspired by the flavors of Spain. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a beer selected to complement, contrast, and transform the flavors on the plate.

Pilot Brewing Owner & Advanced Cicerone® Rachael Hudson will guide guests through each pairing, exploring why it works and how beer can change the experience of a dish.
