It's Small Cask Saturday! We'll be tapping a cask of Kolsch Me If You Can!
Details: • Saturday, February 17th at 2pm • A clean and crisp, pale colored ale with subtle fruit and hop character. Malt profile shines throughout and leads into a refreshing finish. ABV: 5%.

DYK? "Cask Beer" refers to beer in which brewer's yeast is added for a slight secondary fermentation as it matures (or conditions) in cask, providing a natural carbonation. Traditional cask ale is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and is served directly from the cask.
Tapping will be at 2pm - we open our doors at 11am! CHEERS!!
