We've got a new Co-Pilot release dropping Sunday, November 9th: Saffron Sky Witbier!
Brewed to shine alongside our Paella Night happening on the same day from 2-7pm (tickets/walk ups still available - https://bit.ly/475fQ5j), Saffron Sky Witbier (5% ABV) is a radiant twist on a Belgian classic. This small-batch release trades traditional coriander for aromatic saffron, creating a delicate, golden-hued beer with notes of citrus, spice, and sunshine.
Brewed with orange zest and saffron, Saffron Sky offers a smooth, refreshing body with subtle floral warmth — perfectly balanced to complement the rich flavors of paella and Spanish-inspired fare.
