About the Event
Join us on April 12 for another fun-filled clay class brought to us by Laura Holling Kaplan, master clay sculptor!
In this 2-hour class, Laura will give you easy step-by-step instructions using clay sculpture techniques to allow you to create your clay dog that looks just like your real dog!
This class was created for novice students - No art experience needed!
Once class is finished, your dog will be collected and taken to LHK Clay Studio in Weddington, NC to air dry, then be kiln fired.
Once your creation has been fired, they will be wrapped and delivered to your class location for pick up.
Included with your package will be a finishing instruction sheet to help you paint your dog to likeness at home. You will be able to purchase paints easily at stores like Walmart, Michael's and Hobby Lobby.
The class cost $50/person and includes:
• One beer or wine of your choice • All art supplies • Professional instruction • Kiln firing of your creation
