Join us for an exclusive Secret Santa Stout Tasting Event featuring 7 different variants! This is a one-of-a-kind tasting, never to happen again! Led by Advanced Cicerone Rachael Hudson. 

There are two days/times to choose from:

• Dec. 10 | 6-8:30pm

Beer variants included in tasting are as follows: 

1. 2020 Barrel Aged Secret Santa Stout: Imperial stout brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malt and Ugandan cocoa nibs. Aged 9 months in Hudson Distillery Maple Syrup barrels. Barrel History: Hudson's Baby Bourbon for 3 years. Vermont Maple Syrup for a few months. Hudson's Short Stack Rye Whiskey for 6 months. Pilot's Secret Santa Stout for 9 weeks. 9% ABV. (Not available to public - tasting only)

2. 2021 Barrel Aged Secret Santa Stout: Imperial stout brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malt and rich fudge Ghana cocoa nibs. Full bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel & dark chocolate flavors and aromas. ABV 9% Aged in Few Spirits maple syrup rye barrels, from Pennsylvania. (Not available to public - tasting only)

3. 2021 Secret Santa Stout (2022 US Open Gold Winning Batch): Imperial stout brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malt and rich fudge Ghana cocoa nibs. Full bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel, & dark chocolate flavors and aromas. ABV 8% (Not available to public - tasting only)

4. 2022 Secret Santa Stout: Imperial stout brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malt and Ecuadorian cocoa nibs. Full bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel, & dark chocolate flavors and aromas. U.S. 8% 

5. 2022 Secret Santa Stout Barrel Aged in Colorado Whiskey Barrels: Imperial stout brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malt and Ecuadorian cocoa nibs. Full bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel, & dark chocolate flavors and aromas. Aged in Colorado Whiskey barrels for 9 weeks. Light bourbon, vanilla & coconut present themselves in the finish and pave way to a light wood tannic character. 9%

6. 2022 Secret Santa Stout Barrel Aged In Journeyman Distillery Barrel: Imperial stout brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malt and Ecuadorian cocoa nibs. Full bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel, & dark chocolate flavors and aromas, finishes with a sweet bourbon flavor. Aged in a Single Journeyman Distillery Bourbon Barrel for 8 weeks 9% 

7. 2022 Secret Santa Stout Barrel Aged In Journeyman Distillery Last Feather Rye Barrel: Imperial stout brewed with copious amounts of chocolate malt and Ecuadorian cocoa nibs. Full bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel, & dark chocolate flavors and aromas, finishes with a oak wood character and hint of rye. Aged in a Single Journeyman Distillery Bourbon Barrel for 8 weeks. 9%
