Join us for an interactive Savor Charlotte Cooking Class & Tortilla Making Demo, hosted by Edwin’s Organix at Pilot Brewing.
This hands-on experience will guide guests through the preparation of chicken tinga, a traditional Mexican dish originating from Puebla. Chicken tinga features tender shredded chicken simmered in a savory, smoky, and slightly spicy sauce made with tomatoes, chipotle peppers in adobo, and sliced onions. Alongside the cooking class, guests will enjoy a live demonstration on how to make fresh tortillas from scratch.
