Quesa Birrias (3): Cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and a side of consommé dipping sauce.

Pastor Taco: Marinated pastor with pickled onion and cilantro.

Steak (Carne Asada) Taco: Marinated steak with cilantro and onion.

Chicken Taco: Marinated chicken with salsa roja, cilantro and onion.
