Fresh Beer Friday: Snowbird Southeastern IPA (Yeast Experiment)

We're switching it up this Fresh Beer Friday and releasing various versions of our classic Snowbird IPA — each showcasing a different yeast for a unique flavor experience to compare to our bigger batch with American Yeast.

🍺 American Yeast Snowbird IPA – our classic, big-batch favorite, releasing in November.

🍺 Lager Yeast Snowbird IPA – a crisp, clean take on our IPA.

🍺 Belgian Yeast Snowbird IPA – a fruity, spicy twist with Belgian character.

Guests can taste all three versions on draught and see side-by-side comparisons with graphics and info on how fermentation impacts aroma, flavor, and mouthfeel.

The two small batches (Lager and Belgian Yeast) will be available on draught and in crowlers to-go — perfect for tasting at the taproom or taking home.
