For this #FreshBeerFriday, enjoy Power Outage - a Southeastern IPA!
Description: Guest Brewer, Jim, won a brew day in a silent auction for the Plaza Midwood Neighborhood Association. During this brew day the brewery lost power, however we were lucky enough to have saved the beer, thus introducing Power Outage IPA. This Southeastern style India Pale Ale is brewed with the use of flaked maize in effort to boost body and yield charity. Copious amounts of West Coast and New Zealand hops were blended together to create unique flavors & aromas bursting with tropical fruits while producing a smooth, low bitterness.
ABV: 5.8%
