About the Event
We've brewed our staple India Pale Ale "Island Hopper" with a new hop for this Fresh Beer Friday's release - the Idaho 7 hop!
Our rotating hop IPA, uses Hornindal’s blend, a wonderfully unique blend of Norwegian Kveik yeast strains that produces a tropical flavor and complex aroma that can present as stone fruit, pineapple, and dried fruit leather, which complements fruit-forward hops. This batch features Idaho 7 hops which are ripe with zesty tangerine flavor that is reminiscent of marmalade. Its uniqueness shows up as a pleasant herbal character that melds with the citrus to come across like fine earl grey tea.
ABV: 6%
