Fresh Beer Friday: Island Hopper El Dorado

You spoke and we listened! We polled our followers on which hop to use in our next batch of our staple Island Hopper and you all chose the El Dorado hops! Vibrant tropical fruit flavors & enchanting aromas reminiscent of pear, watermelon, candy and stone fruit can be expected from this type of hop.

Island Hopper is our staple, rotating hop India Pale Ale, and uses Hornindal’s blend, a wonderfully unique blend of Norwegian Kveik yeast strains that produces a tropical flavor and complex aroma that can present as stone fruit, pineapple, and dried fruit leather, which complements fruit-forward hops such as the El Dorado hops.

This new batch drops Friday, May 17th at 2pm on draught and in 4-packs to go!
