Flavor Profile: A smooth, gold-colored ale with the cozy warmth of gingersnap cookies. Rich ginger and spiced notes shine through, derived entirely from the malt — with no added spices.
Special Ingredient: Brewed with Infusion Malts from Boormalt (Belgium), featuring their Gingerbread Cookie Malt infused with spices during the malting process.
