Introducing Fonio Fusion Cream Ale - a collab brew with our friends from Tha Community Brew!
A clean and modern twist on a classic style, Fonio Fusion is a Cream Ale brewed with Fonio, an ancient West African grain known for its light body and distinctive flavor. This collaboration between Pilot Brewing and Tha Community Brew brings together craft and culture in a smooth, easy-drinking package.
Expect a crisp mouthfeel and bright, white wine-like character, with subtle notes reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc — think citrus zest, light minerality, and a refreshing, dry finish. It’s a fusion of old-world grain and new-school beer creativity, made to share and savor. $2/4-pack will be donated to Tha Community Brew.
