We’re excited to release Flying Fonio IPA on Friday, March 6 at 2PM — available on tap and in 4-packs.

This 6% American IPA showcases Fonio, an ancient West-African grain recently revitalized for modern brewing. Fonio helps create a lighter body while contributing subtle tropical fruit and white wine–like characteristics.

Low bitterness and smooth hop flavor let notes of mango, gooseberry, pear, lemongrass, and stone fruit shine through from El Dorado and Hallertau Blanc hops.
