In preparation for a big batch coming soon, we're releasing a test co-pilot batch today: Carrot IPA R&D Test Batch!
The Backstory: This batch was brewed as an R&D project for our March charity beer release, Carolina Farm Trust, which is a local non-profit whose mission is to strengthen local food systems in the Carolinas, from production to consumption.
Beer Details: A West Coast SMASH India Pale Ale brewed with 2 Row Pale malt, Columbus hop and copious amounts of carrots. ABV: 4.6%
This is a co-pilot batch size so get it while it lasts!
