We're kicking off the weekend and Charlotte Craft Beer Week with the release of our Carolina Carrot IPA!
An American India Pale Ale brewed with local malt and copious amounts of locally sourced carrots. A neutral malt background provides the canvas which allows the subtle carrot sweetness and bright citrus hop flavors of grapefruit and orange zest to shine through. ABV 5.5%.
This batch will be available on draught and in cans.
