About the Event
We've teamed up with Orrman's Cheese Shop for a one-of-a-kind sensory experience! Taste your way through the wonderful world of beer & cheese with this guided pairing and educational session Monday, May 13 at 6:30pm!
𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗧 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗦: • 1-hour class led by Advanced Cicerone®, Rachael Hudson • Four 4oz Pilot Beers paired with four 1oz slices of cheese (served with crackers)
The pairings are as follows: • Point Reyes Blue Cheese & Island Hopper IPA • XO Reserve & Cafe Latte Stout • Manchego 1605 & Pub Ale • Sophia Goat Cheese & Beer TBD
