About the Event
Join us for a culinary experience on Sunday, June 30!
We're teaming up with @Edwin'sOrganix for a Mexican/Peruvian style beer dinner. This is a 5 course/6 beer guided dinner, led by Advanced Cicerone®, Rachael Hudson and Chef Edwin, which will start promptly at 6pm.

Time: 6-9pm

• Welcome Drink - Beer Cocktail Surprise!
• 1st course - Pork Belly Chicharrón Skewer with Watermelon & Kölsch Me If You Can
• 2nd course - Peruvian Ceviche & Passion Fruit & Mimosa Gose
• 3rd course - Triology Tacos - Pastor, Chicken, Vegan Carnitas & Island Hopper IPA
• 4th course - Adobo Ribs with Rice & Beans & Pub Ale
• 5th course - Caramel Flan & Cafe Latte Stout
