Join us Saturday, May 23rd at 6:30pm for an evening built around thoughtful pairings, bold flavors, and good company.

We’ve teamed up with Edwin’s Organix to create a 4-course dinner paired with 5 Pilot beers—each one selected to complement and elevate the dishes in front of you. Beer pairings will be revealed throughout the night.

• Roasted Pork Belly with Lemongrass Ponzu, Kimchi Cucumber, and Mint

• Oven-roasted Shiitake & Wild Local Mushrooms marinated in Korean Barbecue Sauce with White Miso Bean Purée
